This 8 hour workshop is designed to inform participants of the ins and outs of successfully managing a LEED® project. Whether experienced with working on a LEED® registered project or new to the certification system, you will learn tips, potential pitfalls, strategies and best practices for integrating LEED® into your projects, as well as key tools and resources that can help you keep your team on track with your LEED® goals. The training will provide a brief overview of what's new with the LEED® rating system, and will focus primarily on how to effectively manage a LEED project, including completion of LEED® documentation, streamlining the certification process, and a step-by-step timeline of key tasks and milestones related to LEED®. The training includes group exercises and interactive sessions to allow participants to work through and fully engage in the course material.
